Rev. David Woods is the founder of Word for the World Radio and David Woods Ministries. With a heart for souls and a passion for the Gospel, Rev. Woods has dedicated his life to spreading the Word of God through music, teaching, and prayer.
Through WFTW Radio, his ministry reaches listeners around the globe 24 hours a day — bringing faith, hope, and healing to every generation. Rev. Woods travels extensively, ministering in healing, prophecy, and deliverance services across North America.
The station features over 3,300 original songs — with 1,100 new songs already added and 2,200 more on the way — making WFTW one of the most unique Christian radio stations in the world.

Rev. David R. & Angela Woods
Rev. David R. Woods, PhD, and Angela Woods are the founders of Word for the World Ministries, a worldwide evangelistic ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ with demonstrations of God's love, healing, and power.
For nearly five decades, Rev. David Woods has ministered across the United States and around the world as an evangelist, revivalist, author, broadcaster, and teacher. His ministry is marked by passionate preaching, prophetic ministry, healing prayer, and a strong emphasis on leading people into a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. Throughout the years, he has witnessed countless lives changed through salvation, healing, deliverance, and the restoring power of the Holy Spirit.
Rev. Woods has pastored five churches, founded the KOINONIA Ministerial Fellowship, helped establish Christian television and radio outreach, and has authored multiple books. Today he hosts Pray America LIVE and founded WFTW – Word for the World Radio, sharing the message of Christ around the clock through preaching, teaching, worship, and encouraging programming.
Standing beside him is his wife, Angela Woods — an accomplished author, speaker, and gifted minister in her own right. She is the author of Fasting – God's Path to Health and Power and ministers with compassion, wisdom, and practical biblical teaching. Angela plays an active role in every aspect of the ministry, helping encourage families, strengthen believers, and support the worldwide outreach of the Gospel.
Married for more than 28 years, David and Angela have made ministry a family calling. Together with their children, they travel extensively, bringing services that focus on salvation, healing, prophetic encouragement, miracles, and spiritual renewal.
